We have the pleasure to inform you that DCCI Business Institute (DBI) is going to organize an Online Workshop on ‘Strategies and Tactics of Smart Business Negotiation’, scheduled to be held on 4-5 November 2022 from 7:30 pm-9:30 pm through zoom online.

Topics Overview in Brief: Negotiation is a dialogue between two or more people or parties, intended to reach an understanding, resolve points of difference, gain advantage in outcome of dialogue and produce an agreement upon courses of action. Negotiation is a process where each party involved in negotiating tries to gain an advantage for themselves by the end of the process. It is also intended to aim at a compromise. DBI has been offered this Workshop to familiarize these matters.

Objective: The objective of the training is to provide functional as well as effective knowledge about negotiation skills and its proper implementation for the purpose of business promotion and arrive at a Win-Win-Agreement/Contract.

Contents: Overview of Negotiation: Definition, Characteristics, Importance, purpose, evolution & Various Situations of Negotiation;  Principles, Concepts, Behavior Dynamics, Factors & Types of Negotiation, Stages & Process of negotiation: 3 stages of Negotiation, Process of Negotiation, Steps of negotiation process; Formation of Negotiation Team & Responsibilities: Organization of Negotiation Team, Roles & Responsibilities of Chief Negotiator & Roles & Responsibilities of other members; Negotiation Styles, Strategy, techniques & Tactics: Negotiation styles and Strategy Matrix, Competitive and cooperative negotiation techniques, Negotiation Tactics, Negotiation tips; Negotiation skills & pitfalls: Attributes of a good Negotiator, What are the Negotiation pitfalls and how to overcome them, Question & Answer session.

Who Can Attend: Entrepreneurs, Business leaders, Managers/Sales Professionals, Teachers, Trainers, Consultants, Students and anyone who likes to be a good negotiator to reach a Win-Win agreement and to win friends and influence people.
