𝐃𝐂𝐂𝐈 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 (𝐃𝐁𝐈), a professional skill development Training Center of DCCI, is offering 3 months long Online Certificate Course on ‘𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧’, scheduled to be held on 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲-𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, jointly with 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 (𝐈𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐁). Total ten (10) sessions each 3 hours will be held on Friday from 3.00 pm - 6.00 pm in 3 months through online platform.

𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞:

Differentiate managerial accounting from financial accounting and apply cost classifications for planning, control, and decision-making

Analyze cost behavior and perform Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) analysis to determine contribution margin, break-even points, and the impact of sales mix changes on profitability

Compare and apply costing methods, including variable costing, absorption costing, job-order costing, process costing, and Activity-Based Costing (ABC), to compute accurate product costs

Prepare and evaluate comprehensive budgets, flexible budgets, and zero-based budgets to support operational planning and resource allocation

Evaluate pricing strategies, capital budgeting decisions, and relevant cost-based choices such as make-or-buy, special orders, discontinuation, and constrained resource utilization

Integrate managerial accounting techniques to enhance operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and drive long-term organizational success

𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: On successful completion of the Certificate course, certificate will be awarded to the participants, signed by the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐃𝐂𝐂𝐈, and the 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐈𝐂𝐌𝐀𝐁.

𝐅𝐞𝐞: Tk. 12,000/- payable in favour of ‘𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐞 & 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲’ by EFT/ Pay Order/ Cheque/ Cash Deposit to Bank. It could also be paid through bKash merchant number 𝟎𝟏𝟕𝟔𝟔𝟎𝟏𝟖𝟔𝟓𝟗 (Payment) with bKash charge. Fee includes cost of tuition, course materials, exams & certificate and excludes VAT & Tax.

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭: 10% discount will be applicable for DCCI members, DBI & ICMAB Alumni, Women, Defence Forces, students and nomination of 3 (three) or more participants from one organization (one option applicable). Corporate Discount of 15% will also be applicable for the nomination of 10 or more participants from one organization.
