| Under this project DCCI has established a Design and Technology Centre with the financial and technical cooperation of GTZ. The Project is housed at Banani. The Design Centre will be able to meet the demands of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in the Fibre and Leather sectors. This will also help transfer of technology, improve designs and the modes of production and also conduct research and exchange of ideas on products, designs and markets. The Project has been conducting some training and study which will help the SMEs in becoming competitive in the export market.
