Submit form
for the membership of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry
After completing the membership form,
an application should be submitted to the Secretary on your
owned company’s pad. At the time of purchasing form the
photocopy of Trade License (Photo attached page and Renewal
page) and tk100/- should be brought.
The following documents should be
submitted with the application:
- Photocopy of Trade License
- Income Tax Certificate
- Bank Certificate
- Partnership Deed
- Memorandum and Articles of
Association
- Certificate of Incorporation
- One copy Passport Size Photo of the
Applicant
- Visiting Card
- Pay-Order of 22,850/- taka to
the name of “Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry” as a
Membership fee.
- National Identity Card
- Others (VAT, IRC, ERC, Joint Venture
Agreement, For the Foreign Citizen- Photocopy of Passport,
Permit paper of Investment Board, Work Permit)
Note: All the Photocopied Documents
should be signed and sealed by the applicant and Main copies
must be brought. Membership form should be rejected if any
kind of cutting, over writing, use of fluid is observed.
