Interested businessmen
intending to get Membership of Dhaka Chamber of Commerce &
Industry (DCCI) may collect Membership Application Form from
the DCCI website (www.dhakachamber.com).
Prior to submit the Application Form, Tk. 100/- (One
Hundred) BDT has to be deposited in favour of DCCI to the
DCCI account (STD A/C#3102077639001) at The City Bank Ltd.,
Dhaka Chamber Branch, 65-66, Motijheel, C/A, Dhaka- 1000.
Application must be written in the letterhead pad of
respective interested organization to the Secretary, DCCI
along the completed Application Form. The following
documents should be enclosed with the Application Form:
1. Copy of Trade
Licence
2. Copy of TIN
Certificate
3. Copy of Bank
Certificate
4. Copy of
Partnership Deed (applicable for partnership organization)
5. Copy of
Memorandum & Articles of Association (applicable for limited
Co.)
6. Copy of
Certificate of Incorporation (applicable for limited Co.)
7. Recently taken
Passport size photograph (1 copy)
8. Copy of
Visiting/Business Card of the Proprietor
9. Copy of
National Identity Card
10. Others: VAT, IRC, ERC,
Joint Venture Agreement, Copy of Passport for
foreign nationals, copy of BoI permission paper, copy of
work permit
N.B. The photocopy of
all documents must be signed by the applicants with the seal
of concerned organization and original copy of all documents
must be shown. Any alternation of Application or overwriting
or using of fluid will not be granted.
After approval
of the application at the DCCI Board meeting, the applicant
must have to collect deposit slip from the DCCI Accounts
Section for depositing the membership fee TK. 22,850/- at
the above mentioned Bank Account at the City Bank, Dhaka
Chamber Branch, 65-66, Motijheel C/A, Dhaka- 1000. Applicant
will be duly informed about the membership confirmation by
the DCCI Secretariat.
